In her position as director of workforce development and inclusion, Woods will develop and monitor recruiting and inclusion strategies and will establish community partnerships to increase awareness of the company's commitment to diversity.

``In the contemporary business environment, it is essential to maintain a workforce that reflects the different backgrounds and life experiences of an increasingly diverse and multi-cultural society,'' Woods said. ``When companies attract high-performing employees and create an environment where employees are confident they have an opportunity to grow and succeed, the company will be stronger. I look forward to spreading our message.''

Woods said diversity is complemented by inclusion, where the entire workforce has confidence that it contributes to the essential business of the organization.

Woods has an extensive background in corporate recruitment, including previous human resource positions in the financial services and healthcare industries. She is a certified diversity recruiter and a board member of the Memphis chapter of the Society for Human Resources Management.
