Several other sales are pending with final contracts under review. We anticipate the close of this additional business within the next few weeks. The Company is working diligently to expand its sales management process.

CEO Pericles DeAvila stated that the Company has been in discussion with various groups to bring expansion capital into Sector 10, Inc.

Due to the current market conditions, Management has focused on assessing and creating a cost conscious solution for Sector 10 product customers. The recent sales activity has verified that the newly developed pricing alternatives will be effective in introducing Sector 10 products. Pericles said that recruiting a strong national sales management team focused on product sales and market growth will significantly increase product distribution in the near term.

He stated that an information statement was filed on 8/25/08 detailing what the Board feels could be key steps in securing long term financing. We have developed significant interest in our products and services. Hiring a strong national sales team will be a priority with the expansion capital.

Sector 10 also launched a partnership site S10HELP.com (beta site) that will use the S-10 Network as its base. S10help.com was designed as a logistics tool to help first responders and the communities in general become self-sufficient, manage response assets and increase the life saving capability and survivability of the affected.
