Company Offers Three New Health Insurance Plans for Horses

SANTA ANA, Calif., July 18, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- EnsurApet, Inc. (OTC BB:EPTI.OB - News), a leading provider of pet health insurance, announced today the completion of the underwriting guidelines for its signature ``Ribbon Care'' Horse Insurance Program.

The signature ``Ribbon Care Horse Insurance Program'' consists of three plans:

First, the ``Gold Ribbon Care Plan'' provides coverage for illness and injury to companion horses, with monthly premiums starting at $43;

Second, the ``Red Ribbon Care Plan,'' which provides coverage for illness, injury, and essential preventive care to companion horses with monthly premiums starting at $51;

Third, ``Blue Ribbon Care Plan'' which provides coverage for illness, injury, and comprehensive preventive care with monthly premiums starting at $63 (proposed base rates are subject to change based on the reinsurance treaty).

``Our goal is to make health insurance readily available to companion horses, not just thoroughbred race horses. We have recently completed the underwriting guidelines for our companion horse program and intend to expand our product line to include the following insurance products,'' stated Russell Smith, CEO of EnsurApet.

 -- Equine Mortality - This is an "All-Risk" policy, which will cover
     death from any cause, subject to certain exclusions;

 -- Loss of Use - If your horse becomes totally and permanently
     incapable of fulfilling the functions for which it is used but
     its condition does not necessitate destruction for humane
     reasons, you may suffer a financial loss;

 -- General Liability - Coverage is provided if you are sued by a
     third party who is injured or whose property is damaged;

 -- Farm Package - Many people who own horses own farms. Coverage is
     custom designed to meet the specific needs of the operation from
     a small acreage pleasure farm to a multiple location commercial
     farm;

 -- Infertility - Coverage includes your stallion becoming
     permanently and totally incapable of impregnating mares as a
     result of accident, sickness or disease;

 -- Race Horse Owners Liability - Race horses are an investment as
     well as an expensive hobby. As a business exposure, liability is
     normally excluded under personal homeowner insurance. EnsurApet
     will provide a Race Horse Owners Insurance Policy (RHO) for
     racing stock owners not directly involved in breeding, training
     or racing, but contract with independent contractors.

 -- Care Custody and Control - This is coverage for all horse
     operations which involve non-owned horses, including boarding,
     breeding and training. Standard General Liability Insurance
     excludes coverage for personal property (horses are an example)
     in your care, custody or control care;

 -- Riding Club Liability - Riding clubs require specially designed
     coverage. The coverage must be tailored to needs such as a Riding
     Club Liability program, which covers such risks as premises
     liability for meetings and fund-raisers, trail rides, boarding,
     clinics and public events (i.e. shows and parades). This policy
     needs to be written on a short-term basis for one-time events or
     annually as well.
