DENTSPLY International Inc. Declares Cash Dividend

YORK, Pa., May 13, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- DENTSPLY International Inc. (NasdaqGS:XRAY - News) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.045 per share of common stock, an indicated annual rate of $0.18 per share. The dividend is payable on July 8, 2008 to holders of record on June 27, 2008.
