the Company has raised $660,000 in equity by selling 1,650,000
restricted common shares at a sales price of $.40/share.
In addition, the Company issued the shareholders warrants
to purchase an additional 330,000 common shares at $.80/share.
Over $400,000 of the equity capital raised came from current
shareholders of HealthSport, Inc.
