It also owns and operates two motorhome resort properties located in Las Vegas, Nevada, and Indio, California, which provides various amenities, such as golf courses, swimming pools, tennis courts, and full recreational vehicle hookups for utilities. The company sells individual lots through independent real estate agents to retail customers. In addition, it owns two additional parcels of land in La Quinta, California, and in Naples, Florida.
