| The investment seeks long-term total growth of capital. The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets in equity securities of companies located in at least three countries other than the U.S. It allocates assets to major markets and industries within the Morgan Stanley Capital International EAFE Index. However, the fund may buy stocks that are not included in countries and industries comprising the Morgan Stanley Capital International EAFE Index. Based on this strategy it will generally hold more than 50 stocks selected from at least 15 countries. |
