| The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund invests in common stock, preferred stock, convertible securities, rights and warrants and depository receipts of companies of all sizes. The Adviser performs statistical analysis of major economic themes and of monetary and economic trends, and evaluates the financial markets to identify "megatrends” in the global economy.
