| The investment seeks long-term growth of capital and current income. The fund invests at least 80% of assets in common stocks of dividend-paying domestic and foreign companies whose market capitalization is at least $500 million and that have increased their dividend payments to stockholders for each of the past ten years or more, regardless of industry. It normally concentrates the investments in a group of 25-50 of such common stocks. The fund may also invest in real estate investment trusts and master limited partnerships. It is nondiversified. |
