It invests primarily in common stocks and other equity securities of non-U.S. and non-Canadian issuers with market capitalizations over $300 million. The fund may invest in equity securities that are listed on exchanges or traded over-the-counter. It seeks to achieve investment objective through the construction of a core portfolio of between 80 to 130 stocks. |
