| The investment seeks to maximize capital appreciation. The fund invests primarily in equity securities of smaller capitalization non-U.S. companies exhibiting strong growth characteristics. It normally invests at least 80% of net assets in the equity securities of non-U.S. "small cap companies,” which the Adviser considers to be companies located in the same countries and within the same market capitalization range at the time of investment as those included in the MSCI All Country World ex USA Small Cap Growth index. The fund may also from time to time invest up to of 20% of assets in the equity securities of U.S. companies. It is nondiversified. |
