TEMECULA, CA--(MARKET WIRE)--Nov 12, 2008 -- Channell Commercial Corporation (NasdaqGM:CHNL - News) a designer and manufacturer of telecommunications equipment supplied to operators of communications networks worldwide and water harvesting solutions distributed in markets throughout Australia and North America, today announced that Guy Marge has been appointed President and Chief Operating Officer.

Mr. Marge brings nearly 30 years of senior executive-level experience and leadership to the Company. Over this period, he has managed, directly or indirectly, 22 separate business units and successfully executed nine turnarounds all of which remain successful ongoing entities. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Marge served as President, CEO, and director of a $100 million privately held holding company that operated several businesses in the real estate and heavy manufacturing industries. Prior to his most recent position, Mr. Marge served 12 years as the President and CEO of Milhous Group, Inc., a holding entity that managed several companies across diversified industries with aggregate revenues in excess of $200 million.
