Fortress International Group Inc. Hires Todd Finnegan as VP of Facilities Management

COLUMBIA, MD--(MARKET WIRE)--Nov 11, 2008 -- Fortress International Group Inc. (NasdaqCM:FIGI - News), a company providing comprehensive services for the planning, design, development and maintenance of mission critical facilities and information infrastructure, today announced that it has hired Todd A. Finnegan to the position of Vice-President - Facilities Management. Finnegan's responsibilities will include overall profitability of the Facilities Management division as well as business development and implementation of strategic objectives for the division.

Prior to joining Fortress, Finnegan was President of Walker-Seal Companies of Washington DC, an electrical construction and services company in the Mid-Atlantic area. Finnegan was also the Chief Executive Officer of T.A. Finnegan Capital Advisors, a company focused on financial advisory services, company sales and acquisitions in the construction, real estate and building products industries.

From 2006-2007, Finnegan was Director of Business Development for Honeywell Business Solutions (HBS). While there he managed and sold facility related services to Federal and commercial customers. From 1993 to 2005 Finnegan was CEO of T.A. Finnegan L.L.C., a general contracting company focused on very high-end residential market and the Brownfield and adaptive re-use commercial and residential markets.

Finnegan received his A.B. in Economics from Princeton University in 1987. He is an Affiliate Member of the American Institute of Architects, and a member of the National Electrical Contractors Association among other affiliations. He holds licenses as a Master Plumber, Master Electrician and Master HVAC.
