Yankee Hat Announces CDN$500,000 Private Placement VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(MARKET WIRE)--Nov 6, 2008 -- Yankee Hat Minerals Ltd. ("Yankee Hat" or the "Company")
(CDNX:KHT.V - News) is pleased to announce that the Company will
be offering a non-brokered private placement (the "Offering")
of up to 10,000,000 flow through common shares (the "Shares")
in the capital of the Company at a price of CDN$0.05 per
share for an aggregate gross proceeds of up to $500,000.
The Company reserved the offering price by way of a price
reservation form filed with the TSX Venture Exchange (the
"Exchange") on October 1, 2008. The Shares issued in connection
with this Offering will be subject to a hold period expiring
four months after the close of the Offering. In connection with the Offering, the Corporation has agreed to pay to a Finder's Fee of 7% to each of the Finders of the Offering. The Offering will be closed promptly upon receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals.
