that it is now accepting applications for company presentations
at the 7th Annual BioPartnering North America conference

Applications to present can be submitted online at: http://www.techvision.com/bpn/apply/. BioPartnering North America provides unparalleled opportunities for innovative biotech companies from across the world to showcase their technologies and products, as well as forming valuable and meaningful business relationships. Last year's conference featured 100 company presentations, with over 900 attendees from nearly 500 international life science companies and organizations. BPN offers two presentation formats focused on business development and forming partnerships. To see a list of companies that attended BPN 2008, visit http://www.techvision.com/bpn/participants/. Company Presentations This year, BPN will showcase ninety-four innovative companies from all parts of the world in 13-minute podium presentations in the Cowichan and Coquitlam rooms. Company presentations provide excellent exposure for companies to a broad spectrum of international life science business development executives from the biotech, pharmaceutical, investor, government and academic communities. In the past BPN podium presentations have featured many young companies that have gone on to become some of the industry's most important players. Open House Presentations A hallmark of BPN, the Open House format will feature 20 companies offering interactive presentations in specially constructed booths in Salon D, which is located directly across from the registration desk on the main floor. This year's Open House features leading biotech companies and representatives from biotech clusters around the world. Open House presenters will be available during a two-hour period for interactive presentations and informal discussions with business development executives to promote their innovative technologies and partnering goals. Open House presenters will also have the opportunity to use their semi-private booths for five hours to schedule one-on-one partnering meetings with interested attendees. The Power of biopartnering.com BPN attendees will have access to biopartnering.com, the leading life science conference partnering tool. biopartnering.com lets attendees pre-schedule meetings in advance of the event, prospect attendees, and use effective time-management tools to create the optimal conference experience and make the best use of time onsite. Presenting companies may also submit a short video to biopartnering.com that can be viewed in a dedicated area by all attendees, letting presenting companies promote themselves in advance of the event in a dynamic and engaging manner. BPN 2008 attendees enjoyed a 40% increase in the number of meetings scheduled. Full Program of Sessions, Workshops, and Networking Opportunities A full program of BioPartnering Leadership Sessions, Sponsor Workshops, and outstanding networking opportunities with senior executives from the life sciences takes place at BPN, creating an environment of business development activities that is focused on partnering.
