HOUSTON, TX--(MARKET WIRE)--Nov 4, 2008 -- Enbridge Energy Management, L.L.C. (NYSE:EEQ - News) ("Enbridge Management") today confirmed that its previously declared share distribution, to be paid on November 14, 2008, will consist of 2.8383 additional shares for each 100 shares of record on November 6, 2008.

The distribution of additional Enbridge Management shares is based on the notional cash value of the declared distribution of $0.99 per share and the average closing price of Enbridge Management shares for the ten consecutive trading days prior to the ex-dividend date.

Enbridge Management (www.enbridgemanagement.com) manages the business and affairs of, and its principal asset is an approximate 15 percent interest in, Enbridge Energy Partners, L.P., a master limited partnership that owns the U.S. portion of the world's longest liquid petroleum pipeline and is active in natural gas gathering, processing and transmission.

As previously announced, unitholders of Enbridge Energy Partners, L.P. (NYSE:EEP - News) are scheduled to receive a distribution of $0.99 per Class A common unit paid in cash on November 14, 2008.
