(OTC BB:NXHZ.OB - News) today announced it has completed the acquisition of certain cable TV assets and subscribers located in Oklahoma. The systems provide cable television and wireless Internet services to businesses and residents in Oklahoma representing approximately 6,200 homes passed. The acquired assets include upgraded network infrastructure to 550MHz. NexHorizon will continue to upgrade the infrastructure by adding digital video and digital phone (VoIP) services where possible.
