Germany is seen by the Company as a key acquisition in the overall distribution strategy in Europe and throughout the World.

The contract outlines that Vastani will be granted an exclusive license to market the LAPEX 2000 BCS. Their exclusive distributorship for the BCS is based on a minimum order of 630 units for the four year term of the contract. Upon execution of the contract, Vastani completed the initial purchase of 15 units.

Vastani provides financial services in Europe with its offices in Frankfurt, Germany. With this distribution agreement, Vastani plans on distributing the BCS through its newly established subsidiary dealing in aesthetic and medical markets.

Also, Meridian plans to cooperate with Vastani to create a service center to increase its service ability throughout the European market.
