(OTC BB:LGBS.OB - News) announced today it will begin market testing of credit card services through one of its client customers in early November 2008. Once market testing is complete the company expects to roll out its credit card services through five additional client customers who have eagerly anticipated the programs inauguration.

Stanley DeSilva, Manager of LGBS Credit Card Services Department diligently secured three national merchant agreements which will provide alternative billing methods for those not suited to LEC (Local Exchange Carrier) billing or those seeking an alternative payment choice. "We are excited to offer this traditional billing method to our client companies, who have been billing for their services through LEC billing. With credit card billing, Legends now offers a full range of billing services," stated DeSilva.

The test client goal is to attain minimum credit card revenues of $200,000 per month, matching their monthly LEC (Local Exchange Carrier) billable sales with secured credit card sales, one to one.
