TechFaith and QIGI Sign Strategic Cooperation Agreement

BEIJING,--(MARKET WIRE)--Oct 28, 2008 -- China TechFaith Wireless Communication Technology Limited (NasdaqGM:CNTF - News), an original developed product provider focused on the research and development of cell phone solutions, and QIGI, a Chinese Smartphone brand, today announced their cooperation agreement to market smartphones in China. Under the terms of the agreement, TechFaith will be the sole provider of smartphone solution products to QIGI and the smartphones will be sold under QIGI's brand name and through its sales channels in China.
