COLUMBIA, MD--(MARKET WIRE)--Oct 22, 2008 -- A group of 18-34 year-old beta testers summed up the new TubeLinx.com, powered by VioSync platform, in one sentence: "It's like YouTube on steroids." TubeLinx(TM) offers the following innovative capabilities that YouTube currently cannot:

--  View  two media streams side-by-side in Multi-Sync mode;
-- Comment on and toggle to a point-in-time or a selected segments of a
    given media stream;
-- Attach synchronized comments to media in a wide range of forms,
    including:
    -- Text, video, as well as audio streams that are instantly recorded
        or pre-recorded;
    -- Dynamic links to other media segments or other internal or external
        links;
    -- On-the-media Marking that permits the user to frame the point of
        interest within the played media screen.

Now available to the general public, TubeLinx (www.tubelinx.com) is a media platform that gives users unprecedented power to use, interact with, and collaborate through, their media. TubeLinx allows users to work with all types of online media content -- video, audio and written, in very innovative and dynamic ways.

At TubeLinx, "users can slice, dice and look at two media streams at once," said Gaith Abdo, president of VioSync, a Columbia, Maryland-based technology company and the developer of TubeLinx.com. "It's almost impossible to explain," said Abdo, "but play it for 10 minutes and you'll get really excited."

To further explain TubeLinx's innovative Multi-Sync capability as an example, a user could watch a specific segment of recent video clips from Colin Powell's historic endorsement of Barack Obama for President on Meet the Press right next to CNN's Campbell Brown discussing the same specific issue with the option of playing the sound individually or both at the same time; the viewer can also find the references and the comments of the same topic dynamically linked to that very segment within the video.

Similarly, a user could take pieces from speeches by Presidential Candidates John McCain and Barack Obama and edit them to run side by side, with both candidates speaking to the same issues at the same time.

"People can see what each candidate says about the economy, the environment, terrorism, every issue, at the same time, to compare what each one says," said Abdo. "You can have your team watch a recorded media and view its video, sound, links, or rich text annotations at the same time. The team can also add their own comments to their own selected segments using any of these commenting options; musicians can view the score of an operatic aria while watching and hearing a world famous tenor sing it."

TubeLinx's general availability now permits content owners to add value to their media in new and unimaginable ways. Within only few minutes, users can create dynamic links between segments of different media (audio or video) to present anything within their imagination.
