SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS--(MARKET WIRE)--Oct 17, 2008 -- SmartCard Marketing Systems Inc.(Other OTC:SMKG.PK - News) announced today that 2 more back order programs for their prepaid segment commence rollout on Monday October 20/2008. As more co-branded programs reach market our money remittance segment continues to grow allowing our proprietary offering Velocitymoney.com to grow aggressively and take a serious strong hold in the market. The 2 programs combined are estimated to bring an additional $200K of monthly remittance or 800 to 1000 load transactions monthly and increase usage of the companies Bill pay offering in Velocitymoney.com.

At present the company anticipates to have 6 more programs up and running prior year end of 2008 bringing the number of co-brand prepaid card programs to 11, this does not include our generic offering for payroll or retail solutions. In addition this will also have a good impact on increased demand for the Pin Debit (HomeAtm) solution.
