Brownstone Resources Inc. Announces Drilling Has Commenced on LS Grande

TORONTO--(MARKET WIRE)--Oct 15, 2008 -- Brownstone Resources Inc. (Other OTC:BWNR.PK - News) is pleased to report that drilling has commenced on the LS Grande property in Northern Arizona.

"We are excited to be breaking ground on the LS Grande claims. This first phase of drilling will give us a clearer picture of what's deeper in the ground, as we look forward to continuing to explore for, and ultimately prove up, the LS Grande's potential for gold mineralization," commented Ken Lamb, Brownstone President.

Diversified Drilling LLC has been hired to conduct the drill program with all operations according to standard practices, utilizing standard drilling methods in order to get the best performance possible. Diversified will make every reasonable effort to execute the drilling in the best interest of Brownstone Resources.

This first phase of drilling on the LS Grande is expected to take approximately one week to complete, with assaying of the core samples to follow.

Management will endeavour to report on the results of the drill program, and the continued exploration and development of the LS Grande, in a timely manner, as they happen.
