(OTC BB:RVTI.OB - News) is pleased to announce that all stock certificates bearing the foreign CUSIP number 78845101 have now been transferred to the United States CUSIP number 768027104. We have requested the foreign CUSIP be cancelled by the CUSIP bureau.

The subject shares were issued by the Issuer in Europe in connection with an offering pursuant to Regulation S promulgated by the Securities and Exchange Commission whereby 4,000,000 shares were issued on April 21, 2004 and 5,000,000 shares were issued on September 14, 2005. In issuing the shares, the Issuer relied on an exemption from registration provided by Section 903 of Regulation S. All sales were offshore transactions, with no directed selling efforts in the United States. At the time of their issuance, the shares were restricted securities and could not be sold to or for the account of a United States person or in the United States without registration unless an exemption from registration existed. All of such shares bore a foreign CUSIP number 78845101. Following their issuance, the shares were registered and sold on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and the Berlin Stock Exchange.
