ALEXANDRIA, VA--(MARKET WIRE)--Oct 7, 2008 -- VIPdesk and Interval International will be teaming up to co-present an educational session titled "Utilizing Home-Based Customer Service Agents to Increase Client Satisfaction" on Wednesday, October 8, 2008 at the ICCM Canada Conference and Exhibition. This educational session will be presented by Denise Ehrich, Executive Director of Consumer Marketing with Interval International and Tim Gordon, Senior Vice President of Service Delivery with VIPdesk.
