"Now non-profits can enjoy the same anti-spam, email security and bandwidth management benefits used by some of the world's largest companies," says TechSoup Global Co-CEO Rebecca Masisak. "Red Earth's 'Policy Patrol Enterprise' is an excellent accompaniment to our Microsoft Exchange Server donation and should prove invaluable to non-profits in overcoming their daily email challenges."

Mike Spykerman, CEO of Red Earth Software, says: "We are delighted to give back to the community by donating our Policy Patrol Enterprise software. Today's non-profits already face enough challenges without having to deal with spam, legal liability, bandwidth usage and embarrassing e-mails. Policy Patrol also allows non-profits to utilize their emails as promotional tools by adding global email signatures with merge fields that can include tag lines, for instance, to announce upcoming donation campaigns and other initiatives."

Greg Shivener, IT Director at Clermont Senior Services based in Batavia, Ohio, is one of the first TechSoup non-profits to take advantage of the Policy Patrol donation: "We have been trying to find a replacement for our current spam filter which is not effectively blocking spam anymore. With Policy Patrol's gray listing capabilities and email quarantine reports we hope to decrease the amount of spam that gets through, as well as avoid missing legitimate messages. We are also planning to use Policy Patrol to meet our email archiving needs."

Red Earth Software is donating a 25-user version of Policy Patrol Enterprise (value $595). An additional 35% discount is being offered to non-profits wanting more than 25 users.
