BALA CYNWYD, PA--(MARKET WIRE)--Sep 24, 2008 -- Law offices of Brodsky & Smith, LLC announces that a class action lawsuit has been filed on behalf of all persons who purchased the common stock of Novatel Wireless, Inc. ("Novatel" or the "Company") (NVTL - News) between February 5, 2007 and August 19, 2008 (the "Class Period"). The class action lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.

The Complaint alleges that defendants violated federal securities laws by issuing a series of material misrepresentations to the market, thereby artificially inflating the price of Novatel.
