Implements Corporate Restructuring Plan and Launches ManageLinx Product Suite to Propel Profitability and Growth

IRVINE, CA--(MARKET WIRE)--Sep 23, 2008 -- Lantronix, Inc. (NasdaqCM:LTRX - News), a leading provider of secure, remote device networking and data center management technologies, today announced corporate growth and record revenue for their flagship product line for its 2008 fiscal year, ending June 30, 2008. Lantronix continues to bring remote device access and IT management solutions to a worldwide market, as the company's EMEA region saw a 19% growth and the Asia Pacific lead with 22% expansion.

In addition, Lantronix debuted ManageLinx(TM), a new remote product service-enablement platform that brings secure, remote access to firewall-protected devices. The product suite, currently in trial with several large customers, is an integral component of Lantronix's portfolio of network connectivity and IT management solutions.
