Pro-Or: Amendment in the Private Placement of $1,080,000 MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(MARKET WIRE)--Sep 19, 2008 -- Ressources Minieres Pro-Or Inc. (CDNX:POI.V - News) announces that
it is amending the terms of the private placement previously
announced on August 11th, 2008. The maximum amount of the
private placement is unchanged at $1,080,000 but the total
in shares issuance is passing from 2,400,000 to 2,700,000
shares. The price per share have been fixed to $0.40 and
the warrant to purchase Class (A) shares of the Company
at $0.60 for a 12 month period. This private placement is
being offered to qualified investors only. Proceeds from the private placement will be used for working capital and particularly for the St-Augustin's Plant operations. Shares issued pursuant to the offering will be subject to a four-month hold period. The company is not planning to pay any finders' fee on the transaction, which is subject to regulatory approval.
