(Toronto:ICS.TO - News), a global wireless software solutions provider, today announced it has signed a software license agreement (SLA) with a leading mobile phone and consumer device manufacturer to deliver Destinator® navigation software for use on a new series of personal navigation devices (PNDs). Under the terms of the agreement, Intrinsyc will customize and integrate its Destinator turn-by-turn navigation software, providing a complete GPS navigation solution to be used in the development of new PNDs.

The software is targeted at PNDs, personal digital assistants (PDAs) and smartphones, with connectivity from cellular, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and PC methods.

Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
