Intrinsyc Delivers Destinator Navigation Software to Leading Mobile Phone and Consumer Device Manufacturer

Software License Agreement Signed to Provide Destinator Navigation Software on a Series of Personal Navigation Devices

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(MARKET WIRE)--Sep 19, 2008 -- Intrinsyc Software International, Inc. (Toronto:ICS.TO - News), a global wireless software solutions provider, today announced it has signed a software license agreement (SLA) with a leading mobile phone and consumer device manufacturer to deliver Destinator® navigation software for use on a new series of personal navigation devices (PNDs). Under the terms of the agreement, Intrinsyc will customize and integrate its Destinator turn-by-turn navigation software, providing a complete GPS navigation solution to be used in the development of new PNDs.

Destinator navigation software sets new standards for driver safety, ease-of-use, rich content and user interface customization and is an ideal software solution for various types of PNDs, used for in-vehicle navigation and pedestrian-oriented content browsing. The software is targeted at PNDs, personal digital assistants (PDAs) and smartphones, with connectivity from cellular, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and PC methods.

Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
