Flanders Corporation Announces Relocation of Corporate Office Functions

ST. PETERSBURG, FL--(MARKET WIRE)--Sep 15, 2008 -- Flanders Corporation (FLDR - News) announces it will be relocating corporate functions to its Washington, NC facility. St. Petersburg, the current corporate office, is a stand-alone office complex detached from the manufacturing facilities. The executive staff has been working diligently to evaluate all operations in order to identify areas where the corporation can cut overhead.

Harry Smith, COO, said, "The company has been evaluating all operations for the past year. We are striving to develop a company model with the lowest overhead in the air filtration industry. We will continue to identify non-performing operations and address them accordingly, during the fourth quarter of 2008.
