FORT WORTH, TX--(MARKET WIRE)--Sep 12, 2008 -- The board of directors of Property Damage Appraisers, Inc. has announced the promotion of Rodney Caudill to Chief Executive Officer. Caudill has served as the company's Chief Operating Officer since June of 2007.

Caudill joined PDA in 1999 as a Regional Operations Manager and was promoted to Vice President of Business Development in 2004. His insurance career began in 1993, with experience in both sales and claims. Caudill holds the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and the Associate in Claims (AIC) designations.

Caudill's education includes an MBA from Montreat College, a B.S. in Social Science from Gardner-Webb University. He has completed doctoral work in Leadership Studies at Dallas Baptist University. Caudill is also an alumnus of the Harvard Business School, having completed the General Management Program (GMP).
