Under the terms of the agreement, Land Rig Clearinghouse will distribute Ikona's oil and gas field products, including the innovative Ikona Drawworks. Land Rig has significant industry expertise in business development and as a provider of new technology to prospective purchasers of new drilling rigs and rig components manufactured and sold by companies in the U.S., Canada and other world markets.
