LOS ANGELES, CA--(MARKET WIRE)--Sep 8, 2008 -- Jamie Gold, the 2006 World Series of Poker Champion, will serve as keynote speaker at the 2008 Casino Affiliate Program (CAP) Euro, an annual online gambling industry conference, in Barcelona, Spain Saturday, September 27, at the Princess Sofia Hotel. Gold, who is best known for winning the single highest payout in sports history at the WSOP main event, more than $12 million, will discuss the current and future state of online poker.
