LAFAYETTE, IN--(MARKET WIRE)--Sep 3, 2008 -- Wabash National Corporation (WNC - News) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.045 per share. The dividend is payable on October 10, 2008, to the holders of record of the common stock of the corporation on September 30, 2008.
