Conway Resources Announces $200,000 Private Placement

QUEBEC CITY, QUEBEC--(MARKET WIRE)--Aug 28, 2008 -- Conway Resources Inc. (CDNX:CWY.V - News) announces that it is negotiating a $200,000 private placement with an insider of the Company pursuant to which it will issue 4,000,000 common shares at $0.05 per share and 4,000,000 warrants. Each warrant will entitle its holder to subscribe for one additional common share of the Company at a price of $0.10 for an 18-month period following the closing date of the private placement.

The proceeds from the private placement will be applied to the Company's working capital.

The common shares and warrants that will be issued by Conway pursuant to the private placement are subject to a four-month hold period. The private placement is subject to approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.
