Calian Technologies Ltd. Declares a Quarterly Dividend of $0.15 Cents Per Share

KANATA, ONTARIO--(MARKET WIRE)--Aug 6, 2008 -- Calian Technologies Ltd. (Toronto:CTY.TO - News) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share. The dividend is payable September 3, 2008 to shareholders of record as of August 20, 2008. Dividends paid by the Corporation are considered "eligible dividend" for tax purposes.
