CEO Duane Kistler today released the following letter to

shareholders: Dear ADCS Shareholders, It has been about 6 weeks since our last update. I would like to take this opportunity to bring everyone up to date on the various projects we began in March and currently have in progress. I am happy to report the following:
-- Construction of the Second Life Islands is nearing completion.
-- Discussions with Television Network for airing the show outside of
Second Life are still ongoing. Filming of the pilot is continuing
-- Spokesperson for Television show is secured
-- Judges for the contest have been chosen. Celebrity Guest judges are
being lined up
-- Discussions continue with sponsors of the Television show
-- The Website is operational but not in its final version. The
advertising exercise was very successful and identified the glitches
present under heavy demand. The exercise was conducted to measure the level
of interest in the online contest concept. We are very encouraged with the
initial response and are going forward with the contest. All legitimate
paid submissions to date will be refunded and those contestants will be
entered into the first contest free of charge. The official start of the
contest will be announced very soon.As a result of the efforts put forth over the last 6 weeks I would also like to announce that our Joint Venture Partner VStarr has formally hired Bill Deaton as Vice President of Operations for the newly formed division, VStarr Records. Bill Deaton is a respected veteran of the music business, with a career spanning 25 years in production and engineering that includes working with artists such as Alan Jackson, Bob Carlisle, Rebecca St. James, Steve Wariner, Amy Grant, and Michael W.
