Mr. Frank Miele has served in various senior management roles in urban development, communications, and information technology. Mr. Frank Miele's role in the Marketing & Economic development of the City of Vaughan is well established. Mr. Frank Miele in his last role was the Commissioner of Economic/Technology Development & Communications in the city of Vaughan. He has also served on the Board of directors of Seneca College of Applied Arts & technology. Mr. Frank Miele has a Masters degree in Applied Environmental Studies in Industrial Development from Waterloo University.

Photomatica is in the process of designing, and developing a leading edge patented runway scanning system. The Company recently announced a proposed name change to Secure Runway Systems Corp. and changed its web site to www.securerunwaysystems.com.
