Grand Cayman Island's North Sound Power Station Undergoing Maintenance, an Industrial Info News Alert

CORDOBA, ARGENTINA--(MARKET WIRE)--Jul 21, 2008 -- Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas) -- North Sound Power Station, located on Grand Cayman Island, is currently undergoing annual maintenance on one of its two 8.5-megawatt Stork engines, which is fueled by fuel oil. In addition to the Stork engines, the facility owns two small combustion turbines and another 12 engines manufactured by Merley, MaK, Man B&W AG and Caterpillar (NYSE:CAT - News). According to plant officials, the unit will be back online by the end of the month.
