TAMPA, FL--(MARKET WIRE)--Jul 18, 2008 -- American Fiber Green Products, Inc. (OTC BB:AFBG.OB - News) announced today initiation of plans for construction on the first fiberglass recycling facility utilizing the Company's unique patented process. Through and in conjunction with its Strategic Partner, American Commerce Solution, Inc. (OTC BB:AACS.OB - News), AFBG has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) to quantify the cost of fabrication.

Daniel L. Hefner, President of American Fiber Green, stated, "Starting the process of getting our first recycling facility up and running to implement and commercialize our proven technology is the next logical step in the evolution of our fiberglass recycling and green strategy for the company."

The production plant's design is scalable. This concept would be similar to the techniques used in modular housing (pre-fabrication) construction allowing expansion by adding a module to the existing units. The same 'Strategic Partner' will be responsible for erection and ongoing maintenance of the facilities. This insures that well trained and supervised personnel will construct these units under the strictest quality controlled conditions, utilizing the most cost effective, repetitive procedures." Mr. Hefner further stated, "This internally controlled construction concept will also provide for the security of intellectual property related to our fiberglass recycling process and processor.
