Supertex Schedules First Fiscal Quarter Earnings Release and Conference Call

SUNNYVALE, CA--(MARKET WIRE)--Jul 8, 2008 -- Supertex, Inc. (NasdaqGS:SUPX - News) plans to announce financial results for its fiscal 2009 first quarter ended June 28, 2008 after the market close on July 22, 2008.

The Company will host a conference call at 2:30 p.m. PDT (5:30 p.m. EDT) on July 22, 2008, following the earnings release. Dr. Henry C. Pao, President and Chief Executive Officer, will present an overview of the first fiscal quarter results, discuss current business conditions, and then respond to questions.
