SCHIEDAM, NETHERLANDS--(MARKET WIRE)--May 15, 2008 -- Departing C.E.O. Didier Keller delivered his speech to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders this afternoon, 15 May 2008. Corporate Profile

The Dutch public company SBM Offshore N.V. is the holding company of a group of international, marine technology orientated companies.
