Sinclair has completed the $375,000 fifth tranche of the $3 million private placement and the $1,725,000 private placement, as announced on May 1, 2008. Both placements closed on May 14, 2008.

Mr. Sinclair's total share placements to date aggregate in excess of $18 million.
