AAA New Mexico's Weekend Gas Watch Gasoline Prices Reach New Highs ALBUQUERQUE, NM--(MARKET WIRE)--May 9, 2008 -- New Mexico's gasoline price average reached
a new record high of $3.632 a gallon, up 6.8 cents in the
last week, and
the national average also set a new record at $3.671 a gallon
up 4.9 cents
during the same period, according to the AAA New Mexico
Weekend Gas Watch. Wyoming has the lowest statewide average of $3.475 per gallon. Alaska ranks the highest average of $3.941 per gallon followed by California at $3.929. Average prices in Weekend Gas Watch Areas as of 3:05 a.m., May 9, 2008:
