Mr. Mann will be responsible for the expansion and development of operations at its Langmuir property near Timmins, Ontario as well as its expanded exploration activity at the recently acquired Cleaver and Douglas properties.

Allen Mann is Chairman and one of the principal owners of TriDimension Energy, a substantial Dallas-based oil and gas company. He is also a principal owner, Director and/or President of various other entities with resource investments, including timber, oil, gas, and mining assets. Mr. Mann is a licensed attorney and Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas since the early 1980s. He received both his undergraduate and law degree from SMU.

The Corporation is a public junior mining company exploring for nickel deposits on its Langmuir property near Timmins, Ontario, as well as gold-copper on the Barton Syndicate Dry Fork property in Utah.
