today the hiring of Mark D. Nichols as President/CEO of
Organic Growing Systems, Inc. ("OGSI"), a subsidiary of
AGWS. The board
also promoted John Strickland to the position of Chief Operating
Officer
for OGSI.
Mark Nichols has over 30 years management experience in
the landscape
industry and was instrumental in bringing the organic fertilizer
product to
OGSI. Mr. Nichols will be responsible for the overall operations
of OGSI
and will also oversee the marketing and selling functions.
Mr. Nichols was
responsible for growing one of Atlanta's largest landscaping
companies from
$3 million operation to a $10 million operation during his
10+ years with
the company. Dan Dunn, CFO of Advanced Growing Systems,

Programs, which are designed to educate professional landscapers

their proficiency.
