Explor Resources Grants Stock Options

ROUYN-NORANDA, QUEBEC--(MARKET WIRE)--Apr 7, 2008 -- Explor Resources Inc. (CDNX:EXS.V - News) is pleased to announce that the total number of stock options that could be granted in accordance with the Company's Current Stock Option Plan has been reduced from a maximum of 6,759,986 to a maximum of 3,379,993.

The board is also pleased to announce the granting of 1,800,000 Options to directors and consultants of Explor Resources to acquire shares of the Company at $0.30. The Options are valid for a period of 5 years and expire April 07, 2013.

The transaction is subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
