(CDNX:TAS.V - News) reports that, regarding the Midwest NorthEast Uranium property of Hathor Exploration (CDNX:HAT.V - News), in which Terra owns a 10% production carried interest, in a press release today Hathor reports:

"Hathor Exploration Limited ("Hathor") (CDNX:HAT.V - News) refers to the news release dated April 3, 2008 of Fission Energy Corp. ("Fission") relating to Hathor's Midwest NorthEast Property in the Athabasca Basin of Saskatchewan.

Hathor's President and CEO Stephen Stanley and the Hathor Management Team categorically rejects all of Fission's allegations, and regards Fission's statements as an ill-advised, feeble and opportunistic attempt to capitalize on Hathor's successful discovery of the Roughrider Zone uranium mineralization.

Immediately following the receipt of positive results from its drilling program several weeks ago, Hathor conducted a detailed field examination of the claim locations. As a result of that examination, Hathor staked additional ground in the area. Hathor's claims have been surveyed by a Saskatchewan-registered land surveyor, whereas to Hathor's knowledge, Fission's claims have only been subject to a cursory field examination by Fission representatives. Hathor's current drilling is situated on ground that has been held by Hathor since 2004.

The attached map shows the location of the Roughrider Zone in relation to the claim boundaries, and confirms Fission's own statements on April 1, 2008 that, "All these uranium occurrences lie within 10's of meters to 100's of meters of Fission's Waterbury Lake Property."

Hathor will hold Fission, its directors and management responsible for all damage caused to Hathor and its shareholders as a result of Fission's irresponsible allegations."
