(NYSE:BKE - News) announced that at its quarterly Board of Directors meeting, held on March 24, 2008, the Board authorized a $0.25 per share quarterly dividend to be paid to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 15, 2008, and payable on April 28, 2008.
